How does it work?
I name a country, you tap it on the map of Oceania. Miss it and I tell you who you hit and which way to go. Missed countries come back a few questions later.
Which countries are in it?
All 14 countries of Oceania, from Australia and Papua New Guinea to the island nations of the Pacific. New Caledonia belongs to France and Indonesia counts as Asia, so both are grey.
What about tiny countries?
Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, Tonga, Tuvalu only show up on Hard and with “All countries”. Tiny countries get a ring on the map, and on a phone a zoom lens opens when you tap where several countries meet.
How do difficulty levels differ?
Easy asks the biggest countries and gives you a second try after my hint (half points). Medium skips the tiny ones and has a 15-second clock and 3 lives. Hard asks everything, 10 seconds each, 2 lives.
